Booster Club Minutes
February 19, 2008
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm and held at Willis High School. Executive Board Members present were Rhonda Diggs, Sarah Hernandez, Kim Schmidt, Chacy Callaway, and Debbie Hanlon. Director Ms. Jackson and Assistant Director Mrs. Lebow were also present.

-North Houston Winter Dance Festival $3,351.02 profit

©Contest Season:
-Medication @contest. If you need to give your daughter meds (including Tylenol etc.) please let Ms. Jackson know.
-Parents in dressing room. Moms are allowed but please realize girls are on a tight schedule. They maybe getting dressed and heading to practice then to perform. You may come by to say “Congrats”
-Back drop parents-If you are unable to be in San Antonio or Galveston please let Rhonda know A.S.A.P. 20 parents are needed
-Special THANK-YOU to Pat & Mike Nelson, Jim Light & Joe Bushnell, Kim & James Schmidt, Sarah Hernandez.
-Thursday: Spaghetti Warehouse (parents welcome-make own reservations-you may not sit near the girls)
-Friday: Lunch and shopping @Market Square (parents welcome)
-Saturday: Hard Rock Café after contest (girls only)
-Sunday: Sea World (parents welcome)
-Suggested spending money $40-$50 for all 4 days
-Flip flops: Should have been turned in by Fri. Feb. 22
-Snacks have been turned in for room boxes. Still need 2 more boxes.
-Trip fee of $150.00 to help with expenses not included in girls package (meals, bus fees, tips, etc.) Due by February 27.

-Spring Show Committee
Print tickets, silent auction, concession, organize ad sales, and print book.
-Scholarship Committee
Ms. Jackson, Audrey Adamick, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and E-board parents. Review applications and amounts per girl.
-Photo Committee
Prepare photos for our end of the year video. Start getting photos ready to turn in. We need about 5 parents to help sort photos for the video.
-Banquet Committee
-Find location, decorations, awards, etc.
