Booster Club Minutes

April 22, 2008

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm and held at Willis High School.  Executive Board Members present were Rhonda Diggs, Sarah Hernandez, Kim Schmidt, Chacy Callaway, and Debbie Hanlon.  Director Ms. Jackson was also present.

©Treasurer’s report was reviewed and approved by Tammy Prince

       -Thank-you notes.  Anyone we need to thank?

©Spring Show- approx $4600.00 in profit; mostly from door sales

©Executive Board Voting-

       -Pass out ballots.

       -Election committee will review ballots and return by end of meeting to announce New 2008-2009 Board.

       -Election was protested and moved to April 30^th @ 6:00 p.m.

©End of the Year Video

       -Photos are due now

       -Label with your name so we can return them at the end of the year

       -Meeting will be May 12^th at 5:30 p.m.
