Booster Club Minutes – October 26, 2010

 Meeting was called to order at 6:05pm and held at Willis High School. Executive Board Members present were Mary Gregory, Stacy Alexander, Aileen Ripkowski and Michele Standefer.

 Britney Arnold, SoCo officer, talked about working hard on the kick routine and Thriller routine. This Thursday is the Halloween party at the Hosang house…see flyer. This Friday the girls will perform Thriller at the Friday Night Basketball Madness. The girls turned in the clothes last month and this month they are collecting can goods to be turned in November 10th. Dance Co. will dance at the pep rally on Friday, November 5th!

 September minutes were read and approved by Carol Backhus and the Treasurer’s report was approved by Pam Jones.

 The raffle is coming to an end and all money and ticket stubs due by November 2nd! The winners will be called at the home game Nov. 5th! Pies started today…Thanksgiving orders due Nov. 15th and picked up Nov. 19th, and Christmas orders due Dec. 3rd. Pies are the same flavors as last year and the same cost of $14.00 per pie. Each girl is asked to sell 25 pies or buyout is $200.00.

 Football games – remember to bring your water/snacks if it is your week! We play on SATURDAY this week, HUMBLE, at Turner Stadium in Humble. (Afternoon game)

 Dad’s dance 1st practice was tonight. The next practice is next Thursday, November 4th at 6:00pm. Performance is Nov. 5th; time to be there, to be announced.

 Ms. Burger is in need of chair persons to organize information about a much needed space/dance studio for the Sweethearts.

 Meeting was adjourned at 7:00 with 17 families represented!!
