Booster Club Minutes
December 12, 2006
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm and held in the Health Room, Willis High School.
Executive Board Members present were Billie Gorrell, Rhonda Diggs, Dawn Havran and Cathy Glasner. Director Katie Jackson and SoCo Officer Sarah Gorrell were also present.

©Review Treasurers Report. Statements are being mailed out this week. Statements must be paid in full before Christmas break. If any questions contact Dawn Havran.

- Discussed Photo fundraiser. Thank you to chairpersons, Kareece Goetzman, SoCo & parents.
- Pies were delivered today. Credits for pies sold over 20 will be applied to statements.

©North Houston Winter Dance Festival, Home Hosted Contest January 27, 2007. This is a Mandatory workday for all Sweetheart Parents. Please mark your calendars and think about where you would like to help. This is an all day workday and you will be assigned various stations throughout the day. Mandatory Parent Meeting to be held January 23 after our regular scheduled meeting. Each team member must have one person, Family member who will work that day. Rhonda Diggs, Chairperson.

Food Donations
Parent and Volunteers will need Sweetheart Crew Shirts. Sign up sheet were passed out for ordering shirts. Cost is $6.00 per shirt. Contact Billie Gorrell if you need a shirt.
©New York trip will be March 8-11. If you need travel information contact Billie Gorrell. Don’t for get to contact Billie if you plan to attend the trip. We will keep a list of parents incase we need to contact them.

©Contest season.
· Stage- We will need 6 Trucks & Trailers for the stage. It takes about 25 people to get the stage together in the 2 minute requirement. We need Moms, Dads, Friends to get this together. Plan on helping. We will have a practice run in February.
· We will also need help with hauling other contest equipment.
