Booster Club Minutes
February 20, 2007
Meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm and held in the Drama Room, Willis High School.
Executive Board Members present were Billie Gorrell, Rhonda Diggs, Vicki Sutton, Dawn Havran and Cathy Glasner. Director Katie Jackson was also present.

©Vicki Sutton – Offered Kroger Share Cards to parents. Received $240.00 for the quarter. North Houston Winter Dance Festival Profit $5060.45. Last year was $4186.14. Great job parents!

©New York trip will be March 8-11. Website is being updated daily. Flight information is on the website. All girls should bring $125.00 for meals that are not provided with our package. Don’t forget to contact Billie if you plan to attend the trip. We will keep a list of parents incase we need to contact them. Thanks to all parents that have done this.
Girls will travel VIA charter bus to Bush Intercontinental. We will need parents to pick up girls from the airport when they return. Ms. Jackson will be sending a complete New York Packet with all team members.

©Contest season.
· Stage- We will need 6 Trucks & Trailers for the stage. It takes about 25 people to get the stage together in the 2 minute requirement. Passed out sign up sheets for stage help for Montgomery and Moody Gardens Contest. We will practice after the meeting and again on Thursday, Feb 22 7:00pm, during dress rehearsal.
· Stage haulers meet at WHS 6:30am Sat Feb 24th.

©Spring Show Ad Sales begin March 16 and ends April 16th. All Sweethearts are required to sell $100.00 in Ad sells. All ads can be turned into Rhonda Diggs or Mary Simpson.

Eboard Nominations will be taken at March meeting.
Scholarship Committee, Ms Jackson, Audrey Adamick, Freshman, Sophomore & Junior mom. Committee will review Scholarship applications & amounts.
