Booster Club Minutes
September 18, 2007
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm and held at Willis High School. Executive Board Members present were Rhonda Diggs, Sarah Hernandez, Kim Schmidt, Chacy Callaway, and Debbie Hanlon. Director Katie Jackson was also present.

-SPECIAL THANK YOU to all parents that helped distribute!!!!!

-Top Squad, White, had a pizza party
-Spirit table- estimated funds raised $947.00
-Fall Raffle- auction items needed by Oct. 1

©Future Sweetheart Clinic- Oct 4 & 5
-Open to Pre K-8th grade
-Clinic is Oct 4th 5:30-7:00, check-in begins @ 5:15 (Cost $25)
-Oct 5 Victory line, sideline routine, and sitting w/ Sweethearts during first quarter. T-shirt, snacks, and water provided. We will take and sell photos for $4.
©H.T.E. Clinic- The Edge Nov 3rd
-Mandatory clinic for the Sweethearts, cost $20 per girl. Must be paid by Oct 31.
-Details will be sent home with your daughter soon.
©Clothing-Parent hoodies have been ordered & should be in next week.
©Chairpersons-We need chairpersons for the following committees:
-Co-chair for Golf Tournament (ASAP)
