Booster Club Minutes
October 16, 2007
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm and held at Willis High School. Executive Board Members present were Rhonda Diggs, Sarah Hernandez, Kim Schmidt, Chacy Callaway, and Debbie Hanlon. Director Katie Jackson was also present.

-Fall Raffle- Begins Oct 15 & Ends Nov 6
Each girl is required to sell 50 tickets. Drawing will be Nov 9th
@ Montgomery game.
-Pie Sales- Begin Oct 22 & End Nov 12
Each girl required to sell 25 pies (split with Dec sells)
©Golf Tournament- Oct 20 (Mike Nelson- Chairperson)
-We have 6 teams. SoCo & Officers to work the tournament.
-Drawing for Golf Raffle-Winner: Robin Coons!!!
©Family Fall Festival- Oct 27 5 p.m.- 11 p.m. at WHS
-Each girl to bring 1 Homemade Cake (cakes, brownies, cupcakes) in non returnable dish, covered and neatly labeled. Make sure to note if dessert has nuts. Deliver to school between 3:00-4:30.
©Halloween Party- Oct 29 6:00-8:00
-Ashley Baker’s house. Girls dress up and prizes awarded.
©H.T.E. Clinic- The Edge Nov 3rd
-Mandatory clinic for the Sweethearts, cost $20 per girl. Must be paid by Oct 29th.
-Details will be sent home with your daughter soon.
©North Houston Winter Dance Festival- Jan 26
-Mandatory work day for parents. Be thinking about where you can help. See Rhonda Diggs for information.
©Dad Dance Practice- Nov 4th @ WHS 1:00-4:00
-Performance @ game Nov 9th
