Booster Club Minutes

November 13, 2007

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm and held at Willis High School.  Executive Board Members present were Rhonda Diggs, Sarah Hernandez, Kim Schmidt, Chacy Callaway, and Debbie Hanlon. Director Katie Jackson was also present.

©Introduction of SOCO Officer-Secretary Rachael Moore reported on the EDGE Clinic; Halloween party (Thank-you to Ms. Baker!); Thanksgiving Break coming-no practice; Dad’s Dance huge success

©Minutes from October meeting were reviewed. Minutes were approved by Pat Nelson

©Treasurer’s report was reviewed and approved by Pam Munson

       -All statements must be cleared for girls to attend Christmas party

       -Choreography fee due Dec 1, $125.00

       -See Debbie for Kroger Share cards; pass out to family and friends; we receive proceeds quarterly

       -Christmas Party- Dinner and Revolve Dance performance Dec.1^st.  White Elephant gift exchange, under $15.00, wrapped not labeled.  Invitations will be sent home.

       -Girls will attend the Willis Nursing Home 3:00-5:00 Dec 5^th.

        Congratulations to the winners.

        We made $4572.00.

-1^st Pie Sales- Delivery will be Monday Nov. 19^th.

 2^nd Pie Sales- Begins Nov. 26, end Dec. 10, delivery Dec. 17.

 Each girl required to sell 25 pies (split with Nov. and Dec sales).

 Buyout is $6.00 per pie.

 Sell over required 25 pies, $6 per pie will go into the sellers account.

-Some hoodies are available for sale if interested.

       -We received Best Decorated Booth!  Earned $465.00

       -Thank-you to Mary Simpson and Kim Schmidt!!

©Contest Season is coming!  Sweethearts will have a meeting Nov. 14^th to discuss Solos and Ensembles.
