Booster Club Minutes

January 22, 2008

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm and held at Willis High School.  Executive Board Members present were Rhonda Diggs, Sarah Hernandez, Kim Schmidt, Chacy Callaway, and Debbie Hanlon. Director Katie Jackson was also present.

       -Thank-you notes- Anyone we need to thank?  Those who donated to baskets.

       -See Debbie for Kroger Share cards; pass out to family and friends; we receive proceeds quarterly

       -We have extra pies for sell.

       -Mandatory work day for parents.

       -Parent shirts-Everyone must wear a parent shirt (new or crew)

       -Hoodies still available for $30

       -Start at 6:00 a.m.; set up ready by 6:30

       -Friday volunteers needed 8:30 p.m. til ???

       -Parking was discussed

       -Items needed: coolers, crock pots, coffee pots

       -Schedules reviewed

       -Lunch breaks discussed

       -Items still needed for Silent Auction

       -Corporate sponsors still needed
